My entire way of thinking has changed.

From dealing with stressful situations to feeling food guilt. Learning balance and boundaries. Its honestly all different for me know. I no longer have a scale obsession. I don't let the scale define me or dictate how I live my life. I have a body confidence that I have never had before and I no longer have tons of food guilt. Thank you for validating things i thought weren't important because no one else thought they were.
